SHARING CIRCLES

Every Monday, Ryan will host a weekly online sharing circle — a welcoming space for community members to come together, connect, and take turns sharing their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

This circle is designed to be a safe and supportive environment where everyone is encouraged to speak openly, listen deeply, and hold space for one another.

As our community grows, we plan to introduce more sharing circles throughout the week, some of which will explore specific themes. For now, it’s an open forum — all are welcome.

The only thing we ask is that everyone shows up with respect for themselves and others.

WELLNESS

Every Tuesday, one of our skilled practitioners will lead a guided online wellness class. These sessions will rotate weekly, offering a mix of practices such as yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound baths, and more.

Each class is thoughtfully designed to be accessible to all experience levels — whether you’re brand new or a seasoned practitioner.

Come as you are, and take what you need.

GROUP THERAPY

Every Wednesday, one of our experienced facilitators will lead an online group therapy session. These sessions will explore a range of meaningful themes, including emotion, trauma, boundaries, relationships, and much more.

Each session is designed to offer depth, insight, and support in a safe, therapeutic space.

As with everything in our program, the frequency and focus of these sessions will grow and evolve alongside the community. This is just the beginning.

EXERCISE CLASSES

Every Thursday, one of our qualified personal trainers will guide an online exercise class designed to get you moving, feeling good, and reconnecting with your body — all from the comfort of your own space.

Sessions will vary, covering everything from strength and mobility to functional fitness, stretching, and more. All ability levels are welcome, with plenty of modifications offered along the way.

Whether you’re building strength, working on flexibility, or just want to boost your energy — these classes are here to support you.

TALKS & interviews

The Deep End will regularly host inspiring talks and interviews with notable voices across a range of fields. These events will take place online and, when possible, as in-person ticketed gatherings.

Expect a diverse lineup — from influential figures in the music industry to published authors, life coaches, individuals on their recovery journeys, and many more to come.

Themes will vary, but every session will offer insight, inspiration, and meaningful conversation.

THE DEEP END COMMUNITY

Community is at the heart of The Deep End. It’s something we believe is deeply missing in today’s world — and a big reason so many people are struggling with their mental health.

While most of what we offer takes place online, there’ll be plenty of chances to connect with like-minded people in real life too. We’ll be hosting regular meetups and social events, centred around active and restorative experiences like wild swims, walks, and hikes — with space for the community to shape and suggest future gatherings.

We’ll also be running regular retreats, known as The Deep End Weekend — more on that below.

And to keep the connection going day-to-day, members will have access to our private online community on Discord — a space for support, conversation, and everything in between.

RETREATS

Our wellness retreats ‘The Deep End Weekend’ are a chance to step away from the noise, get into nature, and reset.

Expect a mix of movement, breathwork, good food, honest conversation, and space to just be — all set in peaceful surroundings and guided by experienced facilitators.

Whether you’re feeling burnt out or just need a weekend that feels good, this is for you.

how it works

For £20 a month, you’ll get full access to our online program — including sharing circles, group therapy, yoga, meditation, breathwork, talks, interviews, and our private Discord community for connection and peer support.

When you join, you’ll also be added to The Deep End WhatsApp group. Only admins can post, and it’ll be used to share the weekly schedule and send out session links on the day.
